1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NomadVisas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. No Professional Advice

NomadVisas is an AI-powered historical data engine. It analyzes user-provided information against published federal and state government program criteria. NomadVisas does not provide tax, legal, financial, immigration, or any other form of professional advice.

No human advisors are employed by or affiliated with NomadVisas. All content is generated by artificial intelligence based on publicly available program information as of the date of generation.

You are solely responsible for verifying all information with official government sources and consulting qualified licensed professionals (CPA, tax attorney, immigration attorney) before making any decisions based on information provided by the Service.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes

Program rules, eligibility criteria, funding amounts, and deadlines change frequently. NomadVisas makes no warranty that information is current, complete, or accurate. Estimated savings and benefit amounts are approximations based on simplified assumptions and may differ materially from actual outcomes.

NomadVisas does not determine eligibility for any program. Only the relevant government agency can make eligibility determinations.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid features are available through a subscription at $199/year. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. NomadVisas does not store credit card numbers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NomadVisas's total liability for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall NomadVisas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NomadVisas, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Wyoming, under Wyoming law. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Changes to Terms

NomadVisas reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
