We handle personal documents (passports, bank statements, employment contracts, criminal-record certificates) with server-side encryption at rest and short-TTL signed URLs for retrieval. Access is logged.

Default document retention is 12 months past the submission decision date. You can purge documents earlier from your account settings.

We do not sell data to third parties. Affiliate partners (e.g. health insurance providers) receive only the information needed to issue a quote, and only if you click through explicitly.
